5. Subscription and Payment

5.2. Payment

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the fees associated with your subscription plan. All payments are due in advance and will be billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan. 5.3. Free Trials

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1. Cancellation by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be entitled to a refund.

6.2. Termination by Schedlu 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any behaviour that, at our discretion, is harmful or disruptive to the Service or other users. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

7. Service Modifications and Availability

Schedlu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service, and you acknowledge that the Service may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Engage in any behaviour that harms or disrupts the operation of the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the software.
  • Misuse the Service to send unsolicited marketing messages (spam).

9. Intellectual Property

Schedlu retains all rights, titles, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

Schedlu implements security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access. You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

Schedlu may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Schedlu makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schedlu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall Schedlu’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schedlu and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, except for matters that may be resolved in small claims court.
